Event Alert! THE RETURN OF NAKEDKISS #TRONK

Oluwacaptain Ent. Presents THE RETURN OF NAKEDKISS #TRONK, an exclusive and explicit event of 2012.

The Return of Naked kiss like the name connotes is an avenue for friends and lovers alike to come together and have fun.

Due to the hustle and bustle being encountered by Nigerians in general and Lagosians in particular, it’s an event designed to unwind and catch up with old friends, colleagues and close associates. It is poised to make attendees embrace friendship and love.

The NAKEDKISS has been successfully running for the past 2 years and is specifically aimed at celebrating the uniqueness of love and affection, not just between couples but strangers alike.

This is not just a romantic event but also one that presents the opportunity to network, connect and make more friends.

It’s an event that will resuscitate the sincere expression of love, friendship, life and respect.

At #TRONK expect the unexpected because it is temptation redefined. Attendance is strictly by invitation, scheduled to hold on Saturday, 15th of December, 2012 at Club N-tyce on Plot 1310, Karimu Kotun, Victoria Island, Lagos. Time is 5pm, DressCode: Sassy, Smart & Sexy. REDCARPET starts by 6pm.

Invites would be given out on request as there would be no entry without one.

’A kiss is a lovely trick designed by nature to stop speech when words become superfluous’

If you missed the previous edition of #NakedKiss, not to worry, this one is for YOU!!!

Meet Eminic...Ugly temptations...

Merely catching a glimpse of Adiele Emmanuel Prince, the story will be long told
that he is an artiste, although not signed on to G.O.O.D music like D'banj but Cuzio music who found him all the way from the United kingdom. Not only is he an artiste but he is a unique artiste as you can never tell what comes out of his stable since the so called Mr Unique can do justice to varieties of music, including "fuji" music.

Do you think he is versatile? I guess you are right. He dropped a single "ugly temptation" and the song whose video has been played on major music channels across the globe has been rocking the airwaves earning the handsome dude massive accolades, interviews and stage performances. What a quick one to the topnotch.

Eminiic promises to release new singles that will give him a permanent mark in the game and assure his fans that Ugly temptation is just a tip of the iceberg.

If you have been a follower of good music you must have  heard the song "ugly
temptation? As it has been on the top 10 Naija music as voted and arranged on the
internet, blogs and  radio stations across Nigeria.

Why Eminiic.... How did U come about the name?
Eminiic is an acronym for every moment in natural and interesting cases. That's the way we could always be. Going crazy, going gaga. It could be with my inspiration, or natural occurrences around me.

Why "ugly temptation"?
Its a true life story. I was chilling one day in the club with My peeps and I was really feeling myself , I just wanted to dance. I remembered what happens in the club and I felt if something could be ugly and tempting it means everything is important. Then we took the concept to the club recorded the song and released it on the 14th February.

Growing up?
Growing up was very interesting and  cool. I had mom supporting me. All She'll say is don't steal. Don't kill don't cheat. My dad used to be a disciplinarian wanted me to be a medical doctor but he passed away in 2003. And then mom has been so  supportive since then. She has been my back-bone. Being the first son I had to keep My head up and keep my game tight.

Did U see yourself going this far so quickly?
I'm always praying to God, I kept having a good heart and I believed in God. I believed with God everything will be possible.  I believed I was gonna make it Big, but I was just like wandering how I was gonna start and Where its gonna start from cos I've never been in this kind of fame  thing... I'm just being a boy growing up from a background (I'm not gonna say poor....) But being so blessed like this I just wanna thank God.

Achievements
I've achieved a lot of fan, fan base, I've achieved a lot of acceptance.
performances....People keep telling me, "keep doing your thing.. And its been good. And also I've achieved money....  And money (laughs) its small money oooo....(laughs louder)

What can you say about the current state of Nigeria music?
Nigeria music. I will say is growing bigger. New things coming up, we  are doing
great we are going far. I would say right now we've grown. You can imagine keri
Hilson singing Flavors song She says She just love the song. That means Nigerian
music is going places. We are being recognized. I believe in due time we will get a great great attention from the world.

Headies Awards
The headies awards is a very good platform to encourage Nigeria music and artiste and make people work hard to get to that stage. Being nominated or picking an award encourages peopole to do better stuffs. Its a good thing.... Seriously.

Who would U like to work with among the Nigerian artistes?.
I'll love to work with great people... Great. artiste like 2face idibia that's my mentor, like MI, Waje, Omawunmi, Tiwa Savage and so many more.

If you were ask to chose a foreign artiste to work with who would that be?
I like to be crazy most times... I like to be gaga.  I think working with Niki
Minaj, Chris Brown and Usher. These are the people I would love to work with and I could actually drop a hook and let lil'wayne rap on it.

Memorable moment
(Laughs) hhhmmmnn.... My happy moment. Being on state and watch people screaming and doing My dance the way it was in My video... I was like wow! Everything is working out. I think that's my happiest moments.

What else aside music.?
I'm doing full time music... Music choose me and I've been doing music. I'm a
student though. A 200L student of Abia state university. And I'm still trying to
cope with school and music. Though its not easy but one just have to be focused. But I try as much as possible to manage my time. But really....its music full time. That's all I can say for now.

Social network/Fans.
I love My female fans, the beautiful people they keep it going like they keep it
real. You know gals run the world.... I relate with my fans very well. I'm down toearth for all my fans and everybody. You know some fans can be very nasty on social networks but I just try to control myself when I'm relating with them. Its been cool though.

What's your unique selling point?
That will be more like a blessing... I could say My face. And then. I dance a lot...Like you could see in my video. I danced a lot My album should be coming out with in the middle quarters of next year. Expect the best.

Gal friend?
I'm in a relationship... Being a cute guy does not guarantee having a beautiful gal friend but shes  beautiful. I'm not like one of those other guys who would say I'm not in a relationship and all that. I'm in a relationship.

What keeps you in line?
If you're doing what you're doing not for the money but for the love it keeps you in line. Because what you think will be the best may not be... You should sit down think and do something better. So Eminiic does music for the love of music.

Tell us a secret about Eminiic.
Hhmmnn.... Now you wanna pin me down. Well.. I'll say I lack patience, and also that I talk to my God in secret. I go into hiding to talk to God and I also do the thinking of the unusual. That's just the secret about me I could tell for now.

Celebrity on Check: Kris D'Razor! Man on the Beat

Meet Kris D'Razor!

Can we meet you?
My name is Kris D'Razor I work with the Beat 99.9Fm. I'm an OAP I present the Saturday morning show.

Tell us your story.
Well... You know, ever since my school days, I used to actually mimic a whole lot of people, like sometimes make fun with radio presenters both local and int'l.... Mixed a lot of stuffs with entertainment. And then I finished school did my youth service came down to Lagos and then I heard about an audition on radio...U know. And I showed up did the audition and I was picked. That was way back 2005 and That was FRCN metro FM back then.... After metro FM, I moved on to Link FM that later changed to Radio continental also on TVC lunch splash and Radio naija music show and Saturday  afternoon show chart busters. And then I moved to the beat started with a night show. Then I had the Saturday afternoon show that moved on to the saturday morning cruise right now.

Did you see yourself becoming an OAP from the on set.
No...I was more of a public relation kind of person , concepts advertising and all of that. I was like focusing on that back then. Radio kind of like jumped on me. People said I have the look... I have the personality, I think my friends actually knew I was gonna be on radio before I knew it.

Can you say its the peculiarity of the bass in your voice that got you into being a radio presenter?
Well... You know, your voice texture, the way you sound plays a part in you being on radio. People umm..... assumed that my voice had an impact on me being on radio. It could be to an extent... You know, coz  U do have to sound good when you're on radio. You need intellect, you need to have the knowledge, be current know about all the trends, and of course latest gist from all across the globe and of course you need to sound nice. Would you wanna listen to someone who sounds like inaudible and not too cool on radio? Would you? No!  So the voice does play a part.

What is your Greatest Achievement?
Hhmmnn... You know, I have been on radio for some time now. And the greatest achievement for me is entertaining people, making people's days, livening up their lives. People looking forward to listening to you, people curious to listen to you makes me feel good. I think that's like the greatest achievement for me. But apart from that I've got a couple of nomination here and there but my listeners' my greatest achievement.

Do you see yourself doing something different apart from being an OAP?
Well...back then in school, I had plans of becoming a pro. Basketball. I used to play basketball pretty good back then. I used to focus on fitness. But somewhere along the line I had to focus more on education, focus and move on so I kind'a like slacked from the training. I also thought about going into advertising I like to use concepts affect people's decision on things.

How professional is your job being an OAP?
Being on radio isn't  about training its all about having a personality that people will kind'a like want to relate to, sit down and listen to and learn from. Just like it is when you are in a reality TV show. You need to have a personality that will attract people.

In the next decade, where do you see yourself?
Still doing my thing. Radio... TV maybe,  acting possibly. I'm  looking to like spreading a lil' bit more and maybe stepping up to managerial positions.... you know. And also grooming other people. Pass on what you have learn so that people can keep up the trend. And also I could Establish my own company.

How do U describe yourself?
I would say I'm an easy going kind'a person.  Don't like stress, I like having fun. Fun is necessary you can't work all the time. All work and no fun is like pretty crazy. Work hard play hard see the good life.

Are you Married?
Yeah! I got Married just recently...sorry ladies...lol

How does marriage affect your profession?
Marriage doesn't stop you for being friendly or being who you are. Marriage is more like a plus. You know .... You have all that support, you have a real relationship, someone you can confide in. Finding the right person is the main thing. Marriage doesn't affect my job.

What's Your relationship with Naija artiste?
I have a whole lot of them... I help some analyse their music. So I could put it that I'm closely related to them. At a point I was into music, I wrote a lot of lyrics, so I know a whole lot about music, how to look for openings events, shows, trying to build image and personality... you know. I listen to music and I do it constructively. I criticize objectively the content, the production and all that. And I just air my views. I let people know what I think about their music and maybe help improve on some peoples music. So I could say I have a good relationship with a whole lot of Nigerian artiste.

Impact on upcoming artiste.
I would say really really positive. Although not everybody takes criticism the right way. I think a whole lot of artiste just jump into music because they think its an avenue to make quick money. So they just make beats that's danceable and make lyrics that doesn't make any sense and become a local celebrity and walk that way. So sometimes when you explain... "your music is not that bad but it doesn't really doing anything for anybody, you know... Its just like the regular same thing everybody does."  And they take it the wrong way.

So what's your advice for people who wants to make music?
If you want to make music you need to be original. Its not all about following the trend. You need to be true to who you are. Do your own music not copy other peoples music because you can never be as good as the other person. You can only be the best you cannot be a good another person.

What's your Relationship with social network?
We communicate, we talk, we chat . My handle on twitter is  @kkrisrazor and facebook, krisD'razor

Words to your fans?
Love U guys keep being real and recognize realness.
